The SkillPad is a training initiative empowering NASFAT youth and Muslims under the age of 30 with practical AI and Data Science capability, three months of free training, and an internship for those who qualify.
A generation of capable young people is being priced out of the exact skills the job market is now built around. Bootcamps cost more than a year of school fees. Free courses end at a certificate nobody reads.
We built The SkillPad to remove both problems at once: the money and the gap between finishing a course and getting the first real role. You learn for three months, you build something real, and qualified candidates are placed in an internship where that work is put to use.
Everything is delivered in cohorts, with coordinators, deadlines and attendance, because structure, not content, is what most self-taught journeys are missing.
We do not filter on CVs, schools or connections. Age, intent and follow-through are the entry requirements.

Anyone under 30 who can commit to three months. NASFAT youth and Muslim young people are our focus, prior experience is not required, and the application takes about two minutes. Applications are open.
